1. Scope of Services

DKSpire provides website development, mobile application development, custom software engineering, AI solutions, business automation, cloud infrastructure, and technical consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom software code, designs, and deliverables created for clients upon full payment become the exclusive intellectual property of the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Pre-existing frameworks, tools, and open-source libraries remain subject to standard licensing.

3. Confidentiality & Data Protection

DKSpire maintains strict non-disclosure obligations regarding proprietary business data, source code, user credentials, and operational workflows disclosed during engagement.

4. Limitation of Liability

DKSpire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, unapproved code modifications by client teams, or external API disruptions beyond our control.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
